Equipment Cassava Washer It is use for washing harvested cassava tubers to remove sand and other impurities / foreign material that affect the quality of the final product. It capacities ranges from 2 – 6tons / day.
Mechanical / Hydraulic Press
This System is used in removing water from grated cassava. Its capacities ranges from 0.5tons – 20tons / day. It is also applicable in fruit juice, and vegetable oil extraction processes
Hammer Mill/Crusher/Pulverizer
It is size reduction machine, and it is used in crushing/breaking lump material such as lime stone, alum, cassava flour, cassava starch, cassava chips into fine particles. Available capacities ranges from 0.5ton -20tons/day
Homogenizer/Mixer (wet and dry)
It is used for mixing semi solid/slurry such as cassava mash, paint pigment, powdery materials such as cassava flour, custard powder with other material such as flavour, additives uniformly etc. It is of different capacities from 50kg to 300kg per batch.
Multi-grain Sheller
The is a machine that is used in threshing/shelling maize, rice, cowpea, millets, sorghum etc. from their stalks/straws. It is of different capacities from 0.2tons – 50tons
Grain/legumes cleaner / destoner/ winnower
This is used in removing foreign particles/sand/stone from grain/cereal – maize, mullet, rice, cowpea, soya beans etc. Its capacity ranges from 0.5 – 50tons
